Sometimes a project has a large number of one of the two most common size doors and a small number of taller or wider doors. In such a case, a minimum order of 350 units is usually not feasible. To accommodate these occasional taller and wider doors, we have developed two accessory products that make it possible to adapt either a 3070 or 3080 Door Shield to protect a taller or wider door. These two accessory products are referred to as The Extender (for wider doors) and The Suspender (for taller doors).

The Suspender is designed to allow a 3070 or 3080 Door Shield Protector (and Extender, if necessary) adapt to protect the bottom seven or eight feet of a taller door. The Suspender Adaptor Kit includes a four-meter length of sturdy ribbon, a cord lock and installation instructions. The saddle tape is slit on the job site and the ribbon is threaded through pre-perforated holes and secured with the cord lock at the appropriate height for the door. The Suspender Adaptor Kits can be purchased singly.
