What is 1-2-3 Door Shield® and how does it protect doors during construction?

1-2-3 Door Shield® is a patented, reusable door protection system made in Denver, Colorado. Designed to guard doors during construction, renovation, or moving, it protects both sides of the door from scratches, dents, and abrasions. Its anti-static, abrasion-resistant inner liner prevents damage without the need for adhesives or tools.

We manufacture all 1-2-3 Door Shield® products in Denver, Colorado, partnering with an SFI-certified corrugated packaging company committed to sustainable practices.

What product lines do you offer?

We offer two pre-assembled product lines:
Protector Series – A heavy-duty, two-ply solution ideal for commercial construction. Withstands over 400 psi of burst pressure. Available in 3070, 3080, and 4080 sizes.
200 Series – A one-ply, cost-effective version designed for residential and light commercial use. Rated to 200 psi. Available in 3070 and 3080 sizes.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes. With sufficient notice and a small upcharge, we can customize 1-2-3 Door Shield® to fit taller or non-standard doors.

How easy is it to install?

Installation takes about one minute and requires no tools or special training. Simply center the pre-folded unit over the door, unfold both sides, and secure the hook-and-loop fasteners. Pre-cut flaps accommodate latch and closer hardware.

Can 1-2-3 Door Shield® be reused?

Yes. Built from durable, double-corrugated Kraft board with reinforced fasteners, 1-2-3 Door Shield® can be removed, stored, and reused across multiple job sites.

Do you offer jamb or window sill protection?

Yes, we offer:
Snap-On PVC Jamb Protectors – Heavy-duty and reusable; ideal for commercial environments.
Fiberboard Jamb Protectors – Lightweight, recyclable, and reusable; great for general construction use.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Absolutely. All Door Shields are made from 100% recycled materials (over 90% post-consumer). Our liners are coated with a recyclable, water-based finish like Michelman, and we use biodegradable, low-VOC inks. Compared to traditional methods, our system generates significantly less waste—up to 75% less on a per-use basis.

Can the product be recycled?

Yes. Once a Door Shield® reaches the end of its lifecycle, it can be recycled like standard paperboard. Our coatings and inks meet repulping standards and require no special separation.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide throughout the U.S. Palletized orders come corner-protected and stretch-wrapped. For international or custom orders, contact us directly for options and pricing.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes. We provide a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original retail purchaser. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
